The layout & furnishing, location. Ample free parking.

Not clean (hair on bathroom floor) & leftover food in fridge - I informed owner but did not offer to clean it.

"A good place if room condition is better"

The apartment is a out of view from the main road but nearby (5 mins drive) to the shop area. The unit was clean and exactly the same as advertised. Easy to communicate with the owner about check in procedure.

The bathroom has water leaked from the ceiling everytime we switched on the shower. One of the light in the living room was broken too. In my opinion, the lights are too dim (warm lights are installed in the living room). The owner should check the condition of the unit first before let people stay.
