Stylish central Horsham residence with parking and hot tub

The hot tub was enjoyable and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. There were some nice features here, but a few improvements to comfort, privacy and the accuracy of the listing would significantly improve the guest experience.

We recently stayed here and unfortunately decided to leave a day early as we weren’t enjoying our stay. The biggest issue was the heat. The accommodation became extremely hot during the day, almost like sitting in a conservatory or sauna. With heatwaves becoming more common, investing in portable air conditioning units could make a huge difference to guest comfort. The Wi-Fi was also quite slow, which made it difficult to use reliably. The bathroom had no proper door, just a sliding door which offered very little privacy. This may not bother everyone, but we found it uncomfortable, especially in a small shared space. The listing states “no smoking throughout,” which meant we had to go out onto the street every time we wanted to smoke. While we understand and respect no-smoking policies, it’s something smokers should be aware of before booking. We also felt the description stating “the whole place is yours” was a little misleading. Depending on whether the family was at home, the space felt more restricted than we had expected. The shower was also very small. I am on the heavier side and managed to squeeze in alright, but larger guests may find the space quite restrictive.

Very good facilites including fresh milk, butter, jam and soft drinks.Very good coffee machine with coffèe pods. Plenty of tea. Plenty of towels and very clean. I would stay here again.

Not able to open bathroom window otherwise very good.

Location and access to Horsham Town Centre. Off street parking was a great benefit.

Perfect host and beautiful place. Really nicely decorated, super cosy and brilliant hot tub. Made our time in Horsham extra special thank you.

Very comfortable, fantastic little self-contained property. Owners afford you great privacy and the hot tub is fantastic.
