DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Isil Club Ultra All-Inclusive Resort

La plage est magnifique, l’eau est très propre et cristalline. La nourriture est très bonne. Une mention particulière pour Mouhssine, dit Momo qui a largement contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable et véritablement magnifique grâce à sa gentillesse, son écoute, sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance . Un grand merci aussi à Jent , le responsable.

Il serait appréciable de mettre à disposition dans la salle de bain des gobelets pour les brosses à dents et le dentifrice, ainsi que des peignoirs.

Our room in the garden villa was so calm. Beds were so comfortable. Sea was clean and beach was sandy. There was enough sunbeds on the beach and near pool. Staff was friendly. Cocktails were amazing. Food was fresh and all very delicious. All expensive and luxury alcohol and drinks, night disco and bar was also great. Pool was very warm.

The entertainment for children was nice, but for 3years old you must stay around, they dont allow to drop your child. The children entertaiment wasnt friendly. The children slides were closed and some part of child program was canceled. Spa zone was small. In the room were mosquitos, but we killed them all before night.

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel management for creating such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. The excellent hygiene standards and attention to cleanliness truly stood out and made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to all the personnel for their constant support, warm and friendly approach, and for always greeting guests with a smile. Special thanks to Ali from the restaurant and Eren from guest relations for making our stay memorable. Your kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made us feel genuinely valued and at home. It was a pleasure staying at Isil Double Tree by Hilton, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and service.

Too many cats everywhere. Room cleaning looks like not regular and needs more use of disinfect to kill the bugs and insects.
