IN HOMESTAY CORNER BATU PAHAT

Homestay was very clean, kitchen utensils are provided. Hall and rooms have aircond, except for 1 room. Towels and extra mattress provided and enough to cater the whole family.

Maybe in the future owner could provide a microwave to be used, as during short period stays, sometimes we just brought cooked food from outside and it's easier to reheat using microwave. But rest assured, during the stay we could still use the stove & pan for reheating, just that it's a bit time consuming.

For the house is comfortable. But very far away from batu pahat city, and i felt like far from everythings.

We felt like the host is suspicious which is he is some kind of manipulative person. At first, I had booked through booking.com, and coincidentally my sister also book through airBnB, because we needed 2 homestay. The host accepted both from booking.com and airBnB. So we thought it is scam, then i got the host's phone number. He said that airBnB got technical problem, then i just ok with it. After stayed there, we were so busy with preparation for our relative wedding. So upon checkout, one of my nephew's had left his bag with some cloths and school book and soft toys. Because all that things were putting upstairs. So i told the host, much appreciated if he can just put in one place, could be in the house gate, but maybe on the corner of the house. So that new guest not really concern about it or just bring back to their house, i would've collected it. But the host doesn't reply and put all the belongings in one black plastic (plastic sampah) and just put outside like sampah the house as in picture uploaded. So i went back to the homestay to get the things, and it was not there. I told the host that the things had lost. The host said, maybe the housekeeper kept it. Then i told where the housekeeper kept it? He said he does not know where. He said, wait and he checked on it. But logically, housekeeper must've told him where they kept. Then suddenly the host said they kept it in the store at the house. So we went there again to get it, but he said the store was locked, and i need to come back to get it on monday. We are not staying in batu pahat. Then again, we went there and told him, please unlock the store (actually we know where the store located in the house, and actually not locked). He said, he was in muar and otw in 1 hour. Then the host said, he will waited at petrol pump, while we were already infront of the house, why he needs to go to somewhere else, and he needs to get the things in the store right?
