The flat is really spacious, it has two bedrooms, a living room with a TV, a kitchen and two bathrooms (that is very convenient!). It is situated only 5-7 minutes walk from the city centre, still the neighborhood is quite, without tourists. The host was very friendly, willing to help and responsive to messages.

1. 300 euro deposit. Guys, that's huge! And it is not written explicitly in the object's description, just in small letters in terms and policies, which nobody ever reads, as they are usual all the same. The deposit is unblocked only 7 days after checking out (as if I can return back and destroy something), and it takes an additional week to get it back. Also, the price on the booking.com doesn't include a tourist tax, which is quite big too (I've already travelled to Italy several times, I was never charged this tax before, or, maybe, it was already included into the accommodation price). Guys, include the tax in the price, otherwise it's just misleading. 2. The kitchen is poorly equipped. There is no microwave - the most important thing for a tourist, huh? The frying pan doesn't have a cover, etc. there is a dishwasher, but we were given only two capsules for it. Were we supposed to buy the whole pack just to leave it there while checking out?.. Also, there is a washing machine, but no capsules for it. 3. The flat was cold at night, even when the heating was turned on at the max. 4. Pillows are thin and uncomfortable, they are more like flat rugs.

Great location, near the center. 15min walk to anywhere in the center. Nearby supermarket, lively bar, big park. Comfortable attic appartment (for family 2 adults +3 children), Nice views. Heating and WIFI are OK. It has a washing machine and a dishwasher.

As it is under the roof, some ceilings (in bathrooms) are low, but not a big deal. No microwave oven. 4th floor w/ no lift (OK, no problem).

the location is really good, close to public transportation and also walking distance to city center

the heating system is not enough for the apartment size. even if it was set to 20degrees, the thermostat was in front of the of the heater so the rest of the rooms were not getting warm. also, we could not use the check in app at the main door.
