Great location and proximity to restaurants, historic city center and quiet neighborhood. Very helpful, supportive and kind host Filiberto and his Dad. Very clean and brand new building and facilities with a working washing machine.

The flat is one of 3 in a house built close to the owners' own house. On arrival we met Filiberto and his sister. They were very welcoming and a wine bottle was left for us :-) We also got information on things to do and restaurants to try and Filiberto kept checking over the days to see if we needed anything :-) We also appreciated that they were very welcoming of our cat :-) The flat is on two levels and very beautifully decorated. The views of Sienna and the hills from there are amazing and we very much enjoyed having dinner in the private green area of the flat! The bed was very comfortable, the sheets really soft. An extra blanket was available for colder nights. Even though the car parking is at the entrance of the compound, it was very convenient to be able to come with the car close to the flat's entrance to unload and load. Overall, we had a great time and very much enjoyed our days in this property, so grazie mille :-)

Just a minor suggestion for improvement: - the kitchen area becomes quite warm in the late afternoon, mainly because of the sun coming through the upper window and then through the floor windows. It would be great if that window from upstairs would have some shutters :-)

Amazing view. Very quiet. Apartment well appointed. Hosts were great.

For shorter stays, a luggage rack would be very convenient.

Perfect home in Tuscany... great location to explore all the beautiful towns around, love the house layout, setting of the house, and host is super nice ❤️ We arrived later then the check in hours and they were still so kind and welcoming. We travel with older family members and it's easy to go in and out having the house on the ground floor.

Almost none really.. perhaps if you don't travel with car then getting food maybe a problem, but since we were on a road trip with family this house is located near coffee shops, supermarket and also Sienna town

Everything. . The pictures are not enough to show the beauty of this apartment and the location. The hosts were helpful from day one with a nice bottle of Chianti on arrival and homemade biscuits. Also loads of information of the area was passed to us by the host. A final touch was the change of the laundry. Keep it up as you have great hospitality.

Noting to fault.

On arrival our host Ludovica and Filiberto were there to meet us. Gifted us with delightful biscotti and gave advice on the area. A little out of Siena so nice and quiet. Absolutely gorgeous view of Siena and the tuscany countryside. We were travelling with a 7 month old and 3 year old. The rooms were a lovely size and easily fit a cot into the main bedroom (we brought with us)

The stairs in the apartment initially looked a little daunting for our three year old, but the tiles are actually non-slippery so he navigated them well.
