GBThe apartment was spacious, the balcony was really nice to sit at and listen to the birds. The apartment is a very short walk to the shops and restaurants. Our host was really responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was nice and warm too. All in all a great place to stay, highly recommend.

RU- хозяин отеля встретил (поздно вечером), все объяснил, показал, был отзывчив к просьбам - номер был чистый, уютный, кондиционер/вентилятор работали бесшумно, горячая вода была всегда - местоположение удобное, в одной минуте от главной улицы, примерно в 5-ти минутах от пляжа (пешком) - много мест где рядом поесть
в первую ночь (из четырех) сильно лаяли/выли собаки и в 6 утра напротив разгружали/загружали машину (кидали толи мешки) написала хозяину отеля, он предпринял какие-то меры (хотя это соседские собаки/бездомные) и больше ночью собаки не выли
GBWe had a lovely stay at Charlotte Homes, oir host Liston was always on handa d very responsive to any queriesqe had. The apartment is just off the market road so it was nice and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the large balcony looking at the palm trees. It was so nice to have our own kitchen too with everything you need in it. It was a proper little home for our two week stay. I would highly recommend staying here.
INRUПроживали с 29.10.25-12.11.25, отличное расположение! Приехали в дождь,хозяин Листен встретил нас очень любезно,предложил зонты,занес чемоданы! В номере (апартаменты) есть все для комфортного проживания-кондиционер,потолочные вентиляторы, приличный санузел и кухня (холодильник,электрокомфорка,посуда), стиральная машина. Стабильный Вай-фай. Есть даже Аптечка. Удобный балкон с креслами и столиком. До моря идти 5-7 минут по центральной улице мимо магазинов и разнообразных кафешек. Хозяин-КЛАСС, все по первому требованию! Очень рекомендую этот номер соотношение цена-качество.
Единственный минус это лай и вой собак по ночам. Но это, как говорят, проблема всего ГОА. Ночью собаки воют на обезьян.
