DEHad an amazing stay at this accommodation in Goa! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient for enjoying the ocean. The pricing was fair, and the overall value exceeded our expectations. The standout feature, though, was the host, Liston. He was absolutely fantastic—always available to provide whatever we needed, from essentials to recommendations on events and places to visit. His local insights made our trip even more enjoyable. INRoom was super clean, nice, and cute. Nice location and really nice staff.
Our room didn't have Airconditioning, which was very uncomfortable given the hot weather. Apparently, they had mentioned it on the room amenities list, but I think given the location, we assumed AC was a given and didn't go through the list. At night, we couldn't open the door/windows for ventilation because of mosquitoes. The windows were also not closing properly and had cracks which let the mosquitoes in. And the stove in the kitchen wasn't working and we were only given one induction which was hassle to cook food.

INIt's in an excellent location surrounded by countless eateries and very close to the beach, run by a very helpful and friendly host. The comfortable room is offered at a very fare rate. The Palolem area was the best we experienced in Goa.
No space for yoga for 2 people, the bed mattress a little uncomfortable.
CHWe had a great time, Liston is such a wonderful host, with loads of recommendations and he even gifted us some homemade Indian christmas cookies! The location is great, a bit back from the noisy street, so it is calm but you are still at the main street within seconds, with loads of good restaurants. Very comfy bed, big balcony, lovely decorated, good hot water shower. We would have loved to stay longer!
