Parcheggio disponibile di fronte, dintorni tranquilli, aria condizionata e stanze ampie.

Copridivani sporchi, luce del soffitto del bagno non funzionante, caffettiera piccola, asciugacapelli non funzionante, niente strofinacci e rotolo carta casa in cucina. Chiavi di ingresso e del portone difettose.
