FIIf you go with mindset; you get what you pay: you will have good time. Its Great location, i absolutely loved the neighbourhood. Host is responsive, hence with soviet attitude.
Place was not clean, extremely bad quality bed & mattress, i slept few days on the floor. There are no mosquito nets, you will never get fresh air in the apartment. Front garden with dirty furniture and not taken care, its not the terrace you want to spend time. Hot & cold water mixer not working
