"Location excellent but the hotel was way below the standard we expected."

The location was perfect and the parking a bonus.

The hotel and our bedroom are in dire need of a refurbishment. While the bathroom was modernised , and bright the room was drab . There was no air conditioning .. ( not noticed when i booked it) and to have the room serviced hoovered and cleaned daily one was expected to specially request this . When we finally understood this.. the service was only partially carried out .. the room was not hoovered. Windows were difficult to open.

Die Hotelbetreiber waren wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Angestellte beim Frühstück hingegen restlos überfordert mit den wenigen anstehenden Arbeiten, so dass gewartet werden musste bis ein Tisch abgeräumt wurde.

Mit Ausnahme des renovierten Badezimmers ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
