Lovely house if you are staying in the area, everything was as described. We had a lot of noise due to the weather which cant be helped but other than that nothing bad to say about the place.

Kitchen facilities could have been better.

Great location for what we wanted for hiking to Snowdon 20min drive to Rhyd/ back down Rangers path. Close to the most beautiful beach at black rock

Everything was fine except only 1 shower/bath between 8 of us but did have 2 toilets.

The place is alright. It was very good value for money. It was moderately priced for the location and for the time of the year. Location was great, enough parking for 3 cars, enough space for about 9 people. The host is responding fast, they brought two extra towels when we asked. Overall, I would give this place a solid 6 out of 10. Great to stay with a large group and is a great price but don't expect luxury. Few things could be better. There was not enough towels for everyone, there was no frying pan, the shower wasn't comfortable, the beds weren't exactly comfortable. Duvets and pillows as well as bed linen were polyester, so quite itchy and hot, there was also no space in the bins outside, so we had to leave the rubbish next to the bins. Heating could not be switched off in the kitchen as the valve was broken. Outside space was very small. One bathroom, so difficult to have showers if you have a large group. Two toilets. The cooker was also not the best, so don't try to fry any steak.

Amazing stay , nice view, BBQ was nice , comfortable stay wish to stay more, check out was 10am we requested for late checkout in last min still they give us enough time for only £25, wish to stay more , really lovely house comfy and warm , everything available, especially football table we played a lot, had fun , will definitely book again in future,

Lovely flat on the ground floor, plenty of parking and very spacious. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the foosball table. Excellent communication from Ben and we will definitely return

The location is excellent. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac however the high street and stores are within 10-15 mins drive. The property is well decorated, extremely homely and well maintained. Ben is a great host and was readily available to answer our queries and get us settled in. All in all it was a great experience and I recommend this property to couples and families without any hesitation.
