Great location. 15 mins from V&A in one direction and Greenmarket in the other. Views of Table mountain in one direction and V&A / Cape Town stadium in the other. Good safe area on main road. Reception area staff very helpful and polite. Nice restaurants within couple of hundred yards. Agent arranged early check in. Late check out unavailable but could leave luggage at reception until pick up for airport (2200). Spacious, clean apartment. No noise issues inside building. We didnt have a car (dont really need one) Big red bus 3 day ticket was ideal for visiting local areas. Very good value.

Couldnt really use the balcony because of traffic noise. (When patio doors were closed this was not an issue in the apartment.) Could of done with a few more towels. (these were delivered by maid after request to agent). No safe available.

Well equipped and beautifully decorated. Amazing view and facilities. Clean and comfortable with a friendly hostess who made check in easy.

Perhaps consider adding a more sturdy table/desk for business travellers to work at.

It's a very nice apartment. location, location location flat is located in the city center. Close to the waterfront and other attractions. Has all the facilities to make you feel at home abroad. Building has an outdoor gym and a swimming pool.

We made our own breakfast. The location was perfect.

Everything was perfect. We just did not know how to work the washing machine.

I hadn’t had any correspondence since the booking was confirmed in July, no reminder and nobody reaching out to make arrangements for the check-in. Im not sure if this is usual with booking.com, but on the day of my arrival I had to reach out to the hostess via WhatsApp. The bed sunk in and was extremely uncomfortable. I found strands of hair in the bed as soon as we checked-in and the bedding had a stale smell. It felt like someone just woke up from the bed as the sheets were creased as well. There was also hair on the couch and clumps thereof could also be found in the shower. This was definitely not my hair. It was extremely off-putting. I was quite shocked as the reviews I read had good cleanliness ratings, but I didn’t have the same experience. The place is not thoroughly cleaned and there are stains in the bathroom to show for this.

Sceneries were amazing, good value for money. Staff were polite and welcoming .
