Clean room but not clean building

Sketchy building, peeling paint, balcony advertised was not even on the same floor as the room . Had to take out our own trash

Excellent downtown location in a very secure building & parking. Studio unit is fully equipped, well maintained and newly furnished. The owner was very organize and responsive during our stay.

Location was great - walk to park and downtown restaurants.

Need access to bed from both sides ( not crawl over spouse) as well as a small table to put glass of water on each side of bed. (Sofa could be moved to end of bed to view tv or to wall beneath window). Flushing noise in wall from upper unit cannot be fixed but if bed moved away from wall, it may not wake you up at night. View from room was not good(parking lot with bright red light at night) but 7th floor balcony was great. Nice to have covered parking and on same level as unit. A bit confusing to get into lockbox and long walk to unit but at least it was inside. Unit was very clean and bed was comfortable. Could use a box of tissues. 😀
