SAG apartment close to the castle free parking

The location of this apartment was perfect. It was close and central to all the locations of interest in Bratislava. You are able to walk to all the major points of interest easily. We went to the old town and also walked across the bridge to the UFO tower. We also saw Hrad Castle that was literally up the street from where we were. Additionally, the apartment has everything you would ever need for a stay. There are plenty of great restaurants and stores nearby. My entire family was impressed with the vibe from the entire apartment building starting with the security of the front entrance, the cleanliness of the common spaces, the atmosphere in the elevator with the different amenities for the residence to use to the parking garage with ambient background music and lighting. The parking garage was underground and through a secure remote door. The parking space was sufficiently large and can easily fit an SUV, which is rare for Bratislava parking structures.

The fold out sofa bed was uncomfortable. My nine year-old son and I slept on it for both nights. We slept just fine but definitely could feel the bumps throughout the night. However, the bed in the main bedroom was perfect regardless we would still do this again.

Location , free covered parking and facilities including coffee machine and washing machine with necessary detergents were good.

There were three entrances to the apartment from the garage. Instructions weren’t very clear on which one to take. Spent about 20 mins to figure out the exact location. The door lock didn’t open on the second day when u arrived at 1am. Both phone nos given by host didn’t reasond to call or messages. Had to sleep in the car over night to wait for the host to come and repair the lock the next day. No compensation was offered for this trouble. Lock, once fixed, operated seamlessly from the next day.

Spacious apartment, large terrace with a large table and a large sofa, quiet orientation of the apartment (greenery of the hill on which Bratislava Castle is located). The location is fantastic, next to the castle and a few minutes walk to the old part of the city.

The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

The apartment is close to the castle and also just a few minutes walk from downtown. The place is perfect for a couple for a few nights or even a couple of weeks. There is a big terrace with a covered area which is probably very nice in the summer but we couldn't test this as we visited for the Christmas market. The elevator was nicely decorated for Christmas and it was great to have a secure place for our car in the parking garage under the house.

We didn't notice a coffee machine but it was not a great problem for us. We noticed that some of the curtains have been taken down in the living room, hopefully these will be replaced soon. Also, it would be nice to have a little shelf or similar in the shower cabinet to put the shower gel/soapbox on.
