Apropierea de parc și faptul ca era la parter.

Patul doar prin simplu fapt ca te așezai pe el și simțeai ca urmează sa se rupă, eu având 72 kg.

Locația proprietății a fost cea care ne-a facut sa facem aceasta alegere,este foarte aproape de metrou Dristor. Apartamentul este mare si aerisit, doamna proprietar foarte amabilă si drăguță

Singurul lucru care la care se mai poate lucra este atenția la curățenie si pe viitor poate îmbunătățită baia care pare destul de veche,dar nu acestea nu au fost lucruri grave care sa ne facă sa nu ne simțim bine la proprietate.
