fantastic should be n everynes bucket list its bali yet so much surrounding i was surprised every corner i turned the whole activities sculptures alpaces wolves dning was great then top it off with a slide down to the cave in the beach club love to go ack there

nothing apart from mosquitos not on the accomodation thats life

Convenient and comfortable beds

The entire property felt deserted. Hardly any vegan food options available in all of Nuanu

We liked how close the accommodation was to the 2 day conference we went to.

Accommodation - The toilet was leaking at the base of it. The bathroom was open to the garden area out the back. So there was nothing to stop the mosquitoes from entering the bathroom and main room. The bed has a mosquitoe net, so that helped. It's not worth the money we paid.

Excellent concept. Good facilities . Beautiful location . Lots of choices of places to eat and entertain . Definitely worth seeing.

Hmm….. Staff still need a lot of training . No-one seemed to know anything 🥴 Quite disorganized. They definitely try with beautiful smiles … however … need training on all the facilities etc to be able yo help guests more . Nothing was explained to me on arrival …. Therefore in such a huge place it really was confusing as to where to go and how to get there . Im sure with time this will improve . Ooh …… there was no coat-hangers in the room to hang clothes up 🤷‍♀️

Interesting facilities with all sorts of amazing art, music and a blend of nature and art.

Ash Nuanu was supposed to shut down at 12am, but kept bumping excessively loud music till 2am keeping us and our family (and all the neighbors) awake all nite with only 5 people in the place. Nuanu says they have warned the owner many times before, but they refuse to listen and have ruined the stay of many guests. Be warned! Don't expect to get much sleep if you stay here. Nuanu hotel has no control over the music (surprising and annoying!) so be prepared to be sleep deprived. Hotel apologized, but in the end they need to set guidelines for the business that accommodate their guests. Not pleased with the stay.
