Sehr zentral, 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof, geräumiges Bad, sehr sauber, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank vorhanden; die Kommunikation funktioniert reibungslos

Die Haupteinkaufsstraße ist durch die geschlossenen Fenster zu hören. Self-Check-In bedeutet Foto des Ausweises vorab per WhatsApp schicken (steht im Kleingedruckten)

"The location made getting into or leaving Italy easy, but accommodations for a long stay were lean."

I chose Corso Italia Pisa Smart Rooms because it was very close to the train station and made my transit in and out of Pisa easy and walkable.

The communication about checking into the hotel was hampered by the absence of a property manager in the conduct of business. The thin towels and inadequate blankets and other common items probably saves costs to the establish, but would not be comfortable for more than one night.

"Disappointing. It was advertised as a room with two beds, but only one could be used!"

Location in the centre of town.

I paid £112 for a so-called 'deluxe room' with a double bed and a sofa bed for myself and my 17-year-old daughter, only to find when we arrived that evening that there were no sheets for the sofa bed! When I requested some, I was told that they were not provided because I was not paying the triple room rate (??) I offered to pay more because there was no way my daughter wanted to share a bed with me, but was politely told it was too late to do anything. In the end, my daughter came up with the ingenious idea of using the towels provided as covers for the sofa bed. Let's just say neither of us got much sleep!

"Super zentrale Unterkunft"

Super zu erreichende Unterkunft mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Kontakt zum Gastgeber war unkompliziert und bei Fragen kam schnell eine Antwort. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und modern eingerichtet.

"Convenient."

Good location and easy to find. Great instructions and recommendations.

Loo seat moved when you sat on it. Noise from the street. Beds were not that comfortable.
