Serveur au restaurant très serviable. Le spa. 4 ascenseurs.

Nous avons eu une chambre sans clim. 2. Heures après réparation . Le lendemain pas de clim nous attendons toujours le technicien. Pratiquement toutes les chambres n'ont pas de balcon. Nous sommes déçus de cette hôtel.

Chambre magnifique Sdb super Wc séparé Vue exceptionnelle Nourriture abondante et très bonne

Un peu loin de la mer Il y a des navettes mais pas assez et elles ne commencent qu’à 10 h du matin et terminent trop tôt aussi 17 h

קודם כל צוות המלון מדהים. ענת המנהלת טיפלה בנו ובתלונות שלי בצורה מהירה וטובה כמה שיכלה. טל המתאמת מטעם בוקינג היתה ממש מדהימה ולבבית וקיבלה אותנו מדהים. עזרה לנו לטפל בבעיות שעלו תוך כדי השהות שלנו.

מבחינת נקיון - בחדר היו לנו נמלים כשביקשתי שיטפלו הגיע מישהו ושאב אותם עם שואב אבק התעקשתי שזה לא יפתור את הבעיה והוא פתר אותי שזה מה שאפשר לעשות. בבריכה, הפחים היו עמוסים זבל, שולחנות צד מטונפים והשירותים והמלתחות לא מזמינים בכלל. חדר כושר מאוד קטן ואין בו כמעט מכשירים וציוד בסיסי. בלילה הראשון המזגן הפסיק לעבוד ב2 בלילה הרגשנו שאנחנו נחנקים, הפקידה בקבלה טענה שאין לה איך לעזור כי הטכנאי עזב ויחזור רק בבוקר ושזה רק עוד 4 שעות. לאחר 45 דק של טלפונים חוזרים הם העלו לנו מאוורר קטן ורק ב7 בבוקר המזגן חזר לעבוד. פניתי לענת המנהלת והיא בתיאום עם ההנהלה העניקה לנו 40% הנחה לחופשה הבאה. הלילה הראשון די הלך לנו כי הייתי עייפה למחרת וחסרת אנרגיה אז לדעתי זה לא פיצוי ראוי.

קבלת הפנים היתה נעימה.. טל המקסימה נתנה שירות מעולה והכל במאור פנים. אוכל טוב ופשוט אוירת חופשה.
