Scruffy, and unmaintened, Coat Hook fell of the wall, Bedroom Curtains not fitted correctly, leaving gaps, dead spider left on wall, smoke alarm left unfitted and dangling from ceiling.. General maintenance poor, could do with a paint job

Radiation broken in my room and it was a bit chill in the night
GBIt had a clean bathroom and a fully working kitchen
Shower was hot and cold. Smoke alarm flashing in the bedroom and hanging off the wall. No toilet roll. Blinds fell down as did curtain. Clothes hook fell off when we hung a coat on it.

FRQuiet location - roughly 20 min walk to Barbican and city centre. Comfortable bed and super clean bathroom.
Simple furnishing , somewhere to hang a towel would have been useful rather than on the radiator.
