Location, staff.

The toilets were not so clean, the water drainage was not proper in the room's bathroom , the bed smell in the corridor is all around in the floor in which we stay. Food quality is below average. Sitting arrangement and cleanliness is absent in the dining at the roof top. Plates are very yellowish in color and quality of plates are not as per the standards. Serving water in disposal glass. Pressurising customers to give 5 star reviews. In all it's not worth the amount spent by me. They are charging a very high amount as compared to their services.
