"A private and comfortable place to stay"

The Annexe is clean and comfortable. The bed is really comfortable and the sheets and duvet cover were soft. The towels were also soft. The WiFi connection is very good. The T.V. software enables the guest to sign onto their personal subscription channels. The sound and picture are excellent. I appreciated the milk and water left in the fridge and also the biscuits. The Annexe is a private and safe place to stay. It is 10 minutes walk from Heswall bus station and 15 minutes walk into Heswall town centre. The bus into Liverpool town centre takes one hour.

there is a very good kitchen, big fridge+freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, bathroom and the private area, bed and arms chair. The annex is good value for the money, in a good residential area, quiet and the owner really helpful, very kind and prepared everything for us 😄

Absolutely amazing home from home setting, very modern and very spacious, will definitely be using again, host are exceptional, very friendly and very very accommodating, can't rate this property highly
