Etwas kalt in der Wohnung am ersten Tag.

The apartment is right up the hill from the ferry, great shopping and delicious restaurants. We loved the location!

1. The shower head doesn't work, the apartment is for 5 people, but there is only one shower and no water comes out of it, the shower cabin itself is leaking and the whole floor is in water, I fell on the very first day and injured my back 2. They didn't change the towels even once in 4 nights 3. The pillows are very uncomfortable, lumpy 4. They don't answer questions at all, they just ignore 5. The key is far from the apartment, and plus you have to throw out the trash, which is also not close 6. They don't warn you that there is no elevator and it's very high to get to the apartment 7. But the town itself saves you, it's incredibly beautiful!!!!

Great location

The lights are very dim and hard to see when not on. The company managing the apartment are very difficult to deal with. We asked for an additional towel, they took 36hrs to come back to the request (despite messaging about the shutters and other items) and then said it would cost 58 euros for the towel. There is also a requirement to clean the apartment before you leave. No luggage storage options.

Location, practicality, spaciousness . Beautiful view from the balcony

Only 1 Bathroom, bathroom door making disturbing sound, not very easy to find the place, 2nd floor with steps, so many steps until reaching the place which thus is for every single place in Bellaggio as it’s located in the hill. Nothing to disturb us but should aware when booking

Immaculately presented for its era. Secure. Excellent Location. Mesmerizing views of the lake. Close to lane ways up the hill and close to restaurants and very importantly access to the ferry. Property manager helped us out above and beyond call of duty.

Clothes drying rack would have been nice touch.

Excellent location, very convenient. Love the terrace with the beautiful view! Spacious and clean.

Little things….Pack light because there is no lift to the apartment. It’s about 3 short flights of stairs. Shower is small and if you don’t close the door just so, the floor or your bath mat/ towel gets wet on very slippery tile. Check-in was a little confusing at first because you have to find the key on a different street ( not far) at their office. TV doesn’t work -but that wasn’t really an issue with us.
