Mickitos Apartments - Mavrovo

Mavrovo nás překvapilo, protože jsme čekali rušnější turistickou lokalitu. Je tam chladněji, tak jsem ocenila, že si můžeme v bytě zatopit. Aparmán se nachází v relativně nové budově mimo hlavní lokalitu. Dá se tam snadno zaparkovat. Byt je velmi moderní a je tam cítit ruka architekta. Pak majitel přijel až ze Skopje byt osobně uklidit. Byl velmi nápomocný.

Moderní vždycky neznamená praktický. Majitelé by měli občas ve svých pronajímaných nemovitostech bydlet.

The place is cosy, well-equipped, looks nice, and has free parking.

The location shown on the map on the Booking.com site is not the real one. On the site, the marked location is very close to the ski lifts and ski rental places, and that was the main reason we picked this particular accommodation. In reality, the location is completely different—far uphill in a complex of apartments at the end of a steep, winding road. Because of the steepness, it’s not really walkable (especially with ski equipment), so getting to the ski lifts requires a car—exactly what we were trying to avoid.

Location, cleanliness, very well equipped and very very helpful and great host/staff, will be my usual booking place for Mavrovo in the future!

Best location, new building and new apartment with parking. Check in is easy and the host is helpful.

The apartment has floor heating but none in the bathroom so it's always cold there. It's a little pricey for what it offers, there is no balcony which is disappointing.
