BC Luxury Apartment ARIA & Private Garage & Sunset Terrace

I stayed in this apartment for a week and honestly, it was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared — from high-quality toiletries, laundry supplies, and plenty of fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances (except a dishwasher) and every kind of cookware, plate, glass, and utensil you might need. What really impressed me were the small but important touches: trash bags, cleaning cloths, salt, sugar, sunflower oil, ground pepper, three kinds of instant coffee, and a great selection of herbal teas — all ready and waiting, which made me feel right at home. The internet connection was fast and stable, and the large smart TV worked perfectly. One of my favorite spots was the beautiful balcony terrace with a table and chairs — the perfect place to relax with a coffee. The location is fantastic — peaceful yet well-connected — and the host was absolutely wonderful: warm, welcoming, and super helpful. He provided great local tips and made sure everything during my stay went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Novi Sad. It truly felt like a home away from home — and I’ll definitely stay here again in the future!

Honestly, everything was great — maybe the only “problem” was that I didn’t have a car to take advantage of the awesome underground parking that comes with the apartment! 😄

Уютная, современная, новая квартира. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Хорошее расположение, спокойный район. Для путешествующих на авто есть подземный паркинг. Рядом с домом продуктовый супермаркет. Доброжелательный хозяин, встретил, всё рассказал и показал. Спасибо!

Amazing apartment, secure car parking, very nice host! Everything we could have wished for was provided, TV has an amazing selection of channels and platforms, check-in was really smooth, the apartment was clean! For Exit, the location was a bit far, but the area is really nice and you can easily take a taxi to the festival, so this is not really a minus.

The apartment is perfect. It is in a great location where absolutely everything is 5 minutes away. Marko was a wonderful host who was always available. I would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment, located not so far from the city center (15-20 minutes walk). Clean, good cozy furniture, fast internet (200-300 megabits). Rented for my parents, they were happy! Clean apartment, furniture in good condition. Nothing luxurious, but not cheap either. Water pressure is impressive.

Basement parking is tight, there's not much room for maneuvering. You can't even fit baby stroller between parked cars to reach basement elevator, so we just used garage doors to enter through regular building entrance. Not a big deal, but we were lucky it wasn't raining. Additional key would be useful.
