Catalyst Suites, Rajaji Nagar

My family stayed in this property for a medical consultation in a near by clinic. We had two senior citizens also with us and I am overwhelmed with the care ,quality of food along high level of warmth in hospitality the team present at property has delivered . They have taken good care of family like a family in all regards . Highly acceptable to extend any support and not teaching us the rules. I recommend anyone who is looking a homely stay this is the right place. Thanks Swati and Rajat

Location..and staff were excellent

Facility needs credit card payment of way for international guests to complete payment. Apartments still needed to be complete with furnishings, items, etc, to a slightly higher standard

We were looked after beautifully by the staff at the B&B - namely Gopal , Rahul (Reception/Room servicing) and Chandan (chef). They made our stay extremely comfortable and all reasonable requests for things for us/the children were met very quickly. We had freshly cooked south-Indian breakfast served with a big smile every morning on the terrace. When our foreign kids wanted toast and jam instead, this was also provided very quickly which we appreciated very much. Shiny new lift worked very well for carrying luggage up and down. We managed to get on-site parking for our rental vehicle which was fab. It was 36-37C everyday and thankfully, the AC worked in all but 1 room. Since our rooms were interconnected, it wasn't such a big deal. We were here for a family wedding and the location was perfect for us. 7 mins to the venue though in peak traffic it took about 25. The famous Rameshwaram Cafe is a 5 min walk from the property and worth a visit. Nearby is Orion Mall and a place that will accept foreign cards if you want to go shopping :)

As a foreign traveller, paying them was a real pain in the backside. They do not accept card payments and have no accommodation for foreign bank transfer. We had booked 4 rooms for family for 7/8 days - this was nearly £2000. Our banks did not allow us to withdraw more than £100 a day so this wasn't viable. We tried to use TransferWise (WISE) but as Catalyst have an Indian business account that couldn't be verified, so transaction got declined. In the end, we had to ask a relative if we could transfer money to them and they wrote a cheque for us. Anyone without Indian relatives would have to bring all this cash in hand which is a huge amount to walk around with. To top it all, from about day 4, we had the money collector on our door every morning asking for payment despite us repeatedly explaining the situation. This was not pleasant at all and we've told the owner as much. Not all rooms are maintained to the same standard. We had 201 which had a nice, clean, new fridge but the one in 203 was old, parts broken and not clean at all. Similarly, toilet in 203 was nice but in 201, the seat could have had an uplift. There was some dripping from exposed pipes in 201 (looked like it was from the A/C condenser). A/C in room 202 was not working at all. Didn't cool much. Some chairs were missing screws and unstable in room 202.

Staff are always available and helpful

The money paid is not worth it. No facilities at all. No extra hangers provide. Only 4 hangers in the wardrobe. No Iron board. Only iron provided. Laundry service too expensive. Room cleanliness is poor Room No freshness Room smell like Used and Old

breakfast was utterly poor. served only one item for breakfast 🥲 Booking another place at same rate , breakfast would have been better.
