Easy access to the roadside, staff were friendly. The place was well kept, great interior,Melcom was just around the corner to grap anything you want.

I requested for a late check out at fee, and it was agreed by the host, only for the host to tell me later that the apartment has been booked in a last minute so i had to check out and that got me a bit stranded as to where to go next because my babes flight was in the evening which was already discussed with the host and that was a very bad experience for me. That made me check-in in another place that i never liked and could not even have fun like i was supposed to.

The property was spacious, clean and it was an excellent location. The staff are very lovely, always available to sort out any issues and for general assistance.

There were issues with the internet from time to time.

The reception staff were genuinely very nice and friendly. KASS Towers overall is a nice new and upcoming site, good location. It’s a shame of incompetency and rudeness of the home owner at room 301.

My partner and I were welcomed by an incompetent home owner (based in America) who thought it would be ok to double book this room at our inconvenience. Despite having booked this room months in advance, the home owner accepted the extension of another, causing us much stress and discomfort for the duration of our stay! He refused to compensate use for the inconvenience caused and instead was rude and threaten us with the Ghana police. He told us that the Ghana police are coming to remove our belongs from the room, if we didn’t move to another room. Baring in mind we had booked and paid for our apartment in full!

location was very nice the staff was very nice the place are so clean

they dont offer breakfast , but there is nice supermarket just below have the breakfast and coffee and it was nice
