Lovely place, very relaxing

Semplicemente superlativo. Detto questo il resort è davvero un'autentica chicca: camere bellissime, bagno stupendo, colazione ottima, piscina fantastica, grande stile coloniale, davvero chic. E' super consigliato, l'unico problema è che si sta così bene che si fa fatica poi a uscire per esplorare la città fuori.... Una nota di merito in più la merita il giovane staff: straordinario, gentilissimo, con ottimo inglese, attenti ad ogni piccola attenzione del cliente, un'eccellenza.

The bed was very hard, very difficult to sleep. A bit out of the way. The breakfast was very annoying: had to decide what we wanted the day before, as well as what time we wanted to eat. Portions very small, hot food arrived cold every day. And the « coffee » was awful, I brought back takeaway coffee each morning. Also very noisy: not their fault, but construction site on one side, renovations on another side, and barking dogs and crowing roosters. We had a « junior suite » (in reality a big room), supposed to have garden view but actually had a view straight on a wall

Well maintained and very clean hotel. Rooms are nice all facing a small pool in a backyard. Staff is very friendly and helpful (as all Lao people that I have met so far are genuinely friendly). A breakfast is a-la-cart and really good.

Location of the hotel is in a rather small street / alley which is a bit dark at night. But since Lunag Prabang seems to be rather safe place and main streets may be noisy, being in a quiet street is maybe not a disadvantage at all.

Super schön, sehr sauber, extrem nettes Personal!! Auch der kleine Pool ist schön. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Schönes Frühstück, das menue-artig serviert wird. Fahrräder zum direkten Verleih. Das Hotel liegt super zentral und trotzdem in einer schönen ruhigen und grünen Gegend.

Leider wurde nebenan gerade gebaut. Dad hat uns wenig gestört, da wir tagsüber vorwiegend unterwegs waren. Die Nächte waren ruhig.

The property was absolutely perfect - it's about a 15 minute walk from the centre, but had so much to offer around it, including great restaurants and cafes. The property had bicycles you could use for the day, which was a great addition. And being tucked away, it felt like a nice peaceful place to come back to at night. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, and helped us to sort transport to our next visit, and made sure everything was taken care of. The breakfast was one of the best we experienced while in Laos - and was perfect if you have any vegetarian restrictions in your diet.

No faults! Everything was great.
