"A nice place to stay with good value, will stay again if returning to Pattaya."

The host let me to have a early check in do that i don't need to wait somewhere else after a long flight :) got some sea view and have a washing machine is a big plus, important for the hot weather

i am a bit worried that there are notices saying that any short term rental is illegal and could have a penalty charge. But seems just a notice and i am not charged :P
