Location. Good tv reception. Quiet area

Unstable floors and noisy floors. Washing machine had no instructions and machine stopped half way thru cycle. Inside very dark.

Perfect location for us.

I liked that it was walking distance to everything and it was comfortable for 5 adults.

The beds and bedrooms were small

It was close to the University of Edinburg where I wanted to go.

There was no carparking so I had to downloads an app to search available carparking and found a one bit far away from the property.

weather was cold and wet, unable to turn up central heating if it was even on, no double glazing, so was cold. had to wear several shirts to keep warm even in bed

Needs a VERY deep clean. The discovery of blood stains on the pillows were disturbing. Generally speaking, it appeared unhygienic in places. We left it smelling better than we had found it. The checkout timing and procedures were not as advertised. Informing your guests that they need to strip beds, after the booking is made, is poor practice. Had I been alone, I would’ve struggled as I have a disability. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with mobility challenges to book this place. The host needs also to improve communication, as they failed to relay whether our ETA would be suitable. In the end, I had to reach out to Booking.com’s customer service.
