Polis of Naxos

The room was very clean, comfy and the interior well thought out. The staff was really polite and friendly, I got a free lift from the hotel to the Apartments by the receptionist. The balcony had a clothes rack. You can rent a beach towel and a hairdryer for free.

The Polis of Naxos hotel was closed due to renovations, so I got moved to the Apartments. They looked different from the room I actually booked. I was a bit disappointed. I would have expected a notice before my arrival, but didn’t get one. I got a free room upgrade, which was very nice. The breakfast room is in the lobby and breakfast is very modest. The walls are very thin, so make sure to bring some earplugs. You couldn‘t fully darken the window during the night, so I was woken up by the early morning light.

Great location close to the town and beach. Very tasty breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was small and so was the balcony. Although it said city view, the view is street and parking lot. The breakfast was good with fair selection of warm and cold items. Staff was helpful and polite.

There is no elevator or help with luggage. Although they provide 2 small bottles of water upon arrival, that’s not replaced daily. (Can’t drink tap water)
