"Brilliant flat, communications, location and hosts."

Kelly and Alex went above and beyond. Not only was the flat centrally located, spotlessly clean with a basket of pastries and biscuits, but when we accidentally left an item, they contacted us straight away and we arranged a pick up at Alex's place of work later that day. Great place to stay couldn't recommend highly enough 👍

"Great location if you're visiting Hereford with parking included."

Kelly was very good at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. WiFi was excellent and she even left some basic breakfast, coffee, tea and milk. The facilities were very clean. Location was very good and relatively quiet being so close to the city centre.

The beds were uncomfortable in both bedrooms.

Loved the theme Apartment very well equipped To be able to sit outside Welcome pack Parking on site Surprisingly quiet Fans were a welcome extra Early check in accommodated with ease

Would have liked USB charging facilities Blinds in living room didn’t tilt open but this did not affect our stay

"Excellent Hereford Apartment"

Really lovely apartment, super clean and tidy. Everything we needed, towels, comfy beds, breakfast, milk, tea and biscuits! Plenty of space for 4 adults. The location was good - great to have off-street parking and just a 10min walk to town. Kelly was ace, kept in touch throughout. Should we go back, we'll definitely rebook.

Place was perfect, smallest niggle in the weather we've had, was that we needed 4 outside chairs!
