Odlična lokacija, pristojno i pristupačno osoblje, uredan i čist apartman.

Supruga i ja smo posećivali ovu vilu više puta od 2019. god. pa sve do ove godine. Utisak je uvek bio pozitivan.

Ima nekoliko stvari koje treba da se jasnije istaknu. Do ove godine vila je funkcionisala u sklopu hotela Excelsior u Lovranu. To je omogućavalo gostima vile da koriste bazen u okviru hotela, što je veoma dobro u danima kada je loše vreme i voda hladna za kupanje u moru. Ove godine je upravljanje vilom promenjeno pa se ključevi dobijaju na recepciji hotela Lovran, što nije napisano na zvaničnoj Booking strani pa to može da zbuni goste. Takođe bi bilo dobro sa upravom hotela Excelsior regulisati način na koji gosti vile mogu da koriste unutrašnji i spoljašnje bazene hotela Excelsior, to bi svakao privuklo jedan deo gostiju da borave u vili i u periodu kada vreme nije za kupanje u moru. Nije to nešto što je nerešivo.
