The position is 5 min walking from the very center of Old San Juan.

The neighborhood is a little bit messy.

It was an easy check in and check out. The location in La Perla within walking distance of many restaurants and historical sites was very good.

We did not have any hot water for showers. If you are at the apartment on a Saturday night be prepared for loud music and conversation from a roof-top bar directly above the apartment. It lasted until almost 5:00 am on Sunday.

The owner family are friendly, helpful and super nice. Sea and La Perla view from the bed rooms and the balcony. Spacious 2BR apartment. Reasonably priced.

Cold shower only when I stayed. I personally didn’t bother though.

Good prices, great view of the ocean Facilities were good and everything was clean and comfortable

Location was not ideal but we felt very safe nonetheless There was no hot water but the water is warm anyway due to the weather
