Pool was nice. Location was walkable to Broadway.

strict adherence to not allowing us to check in before 4:00.

Everything was clean and comfortable. It was like Home away from Home. Good location and amenities were very nice. Great view.

The neighbors close by were very loud but that's inevitable when in close quarters.i wasn't bothered by it.

The apartment was unclean and reeked of urine. Dirty paper towels with yellow stains and hair were left on the kitchen counter. The bedding was thin, flimsy, and stained. A few washcloths also had stains. The apartment was functional but not comfortable. I asked for a refund of the $30 parking fee due to these inconveniences during our stay, but my request was ignored. Not good.

Me and my family loved staying here.. all of the comforts of home. The parking garage was a little bit confusing but very easy to find. We definitely felt safe staying here with children. The views were beautiful.. the beds were very comfortable, we all slept very well.. everything was very clean. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we come to Nashville..

Had to find a lockbox and the elevator didn't work.

Reviews were completely deceptive. The common areas corridor rugs were filthy on the floor where I was staying. The sheets were very cheap and uncomfortable. The room deodorizer was overpowering. Felt uncluttered but not quite clean. Someone was drunk and there was a domestic dispute with people running down the long hallway in the middle of the night. Fresh throw up cleaned by elevator in the morning. Couldn't leave fast enough.

Great place to stay when traveling with family!! Would definitely stay here again!!
