JPIt was closed to bayan lepas in penang. The location was conveneint. Surrounded by many shops. We could get food and grocery easily.

MYThe location of this property is great. It is just a short drive to George Town, Penang Street Art, and KOMTAR. Finding delicious food while staying here is not a problem at all. The location is great plus i loved the staff here as they made sure all my requests were taken care of!

Property is Over priced and there is no value for money. We stayed for 6 nights. Property was dirty when we checked-in. Rubbish bin was full, floors very not mopped, shower head was broken, WC taps were broken, no house keeping was provided etc. After check-in We waited for 16hours to receive toilet papers, tissue papers, soap, frying pan etc. Towels were not changed daily, bedsheets and cleaning were not performed daily. During our stay bathroom wall broke down. Property is furnished with Ordinary IKEA furniture which do not match with photos on booking.com. Aircon remote was broken and tv remote screen was smashed. In George town, 2-3 bedrooms apartments are available in MYR 300/night but we paid more than MYR600/night for the same service. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend to stay at this property. You’ll be disappointed.

MYCentrally located in Georgetown. The infinity pool had a great view. The kids had fun during the stay. Big enough for small or medium group family...
Security was strict.
MYBig apartment with 4 to 5 pax not a problem. Very comfortable room and environment. The pool view was the greatest. With this price staying in georgetown we have nothing to complaint :)
Hanger in balcony was a but loss. Need tighten up.
