The house was amazing. So much space and there was everything you could possibly need. Super clean and very comfortable. Appreciated a bathroom per room and the welcome basket was a nice surprise

Everything, extremely quiet location but within easy access to all local attractions ie beaches and tourist areas

No negative comments, accommodation and location were perfect for our requirements

The house was perfect for our Christmas family gathering, with a well equipped kitchen, large dining table and plenty of room to spread out. There was everything we needed, even a real Christmas tree! The location between Barnstaple and the coast is great and the access down the lane wasn't a problem at all. Laura was very quick to respond to questions and Andreas popped round as soon as we had a question about the kitchen tap.

Despite the very efficient heating, and the fact that the rest of the house was lovely and warm, the downstairs bedroom was constantly cold due to the very draughty window.
