Old Town Apartment with Sauna

Das Appartment ist ungewöhnlich geräumig und vor für unsere sechsköpfige Familie viel Platz. Auch die große Küche und die zwei Bäder waren gut. Der etwas mühselige Aufstieg ins Dachgeschoss wird mit einem grandiosen Blick belohnt. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war nach kleineren Startschwierigkeiten gut und die persönliche Übergabe klappte gut. Praktisch war auch der Parkplatz gleich um die Ecke.

Die Wohnung war zwar insgesamt ordentlich, aber es gibt perspektivisch einiges zu tun (Küche, Bäder, alte Dachfenster). Aber anders gesagt: es gibt noch etwas Potential und die tolle Lage hat vieles ausgeglichen!

Fantastic location

Dirty, a time capsule from the eighties. Just 10 minutes before 3pm we were told the flat was not ready - no apologies. Communications extremely difficult with the cleaning lady who gave us the keys and showed the apartment (+the parking space).

Big apartment in city centre, big plus is parking for additional cost.

A lot of stairs, beds and whole apt is pretty worn out, could be cleaner. Hard to communicate as english is not the best.

La casa è veramente molto bella, ampia e ben organizzata. Si trova all’ultimo piano di un edificio senza ascensore a due passi dalla casa delle teste nere, in pieno centro. C’era tutto il necessario e la vista è davvero bella.

La comunicazione con l’host non è semplicissima, le risposte non sono sempre celeri e abbiamo aspettato un po’ per poter fare il check-in. Consiglierei di organizzare un orario preciso con un po’ di anticipo per non incappare nello stesso problema.

Large, spacious apartment in a great location with a beautiful view.

The apartment needs refreshing and a very thorough cleaning. The kitchen equipment is random and scattered. We had no hot water, and nothing was done about it.

The location is good and everything is within walking distance. The views from the windows are wonderful. Public transport works excellently and there are stops nearby.The apartment is spacious and the beds were good.

Messages or emails sent through booking were not answered, but I was able to reach the staff by phone. There were occasional communication difficulties. The water heater broke one night and we were completely without tap water and toilet for one night and day.
