Terrace Sunset Serenity by NW

It is close to the city center.

When we arrived, it was almost 27°C inside, and there was no AC we could control. We contacted the apartment handler by phone and message, but instead of helping, they gave dismissive and even cynical replies (e.g., “just open the window” – not exactly helpful…). Opening the windows didn’t solve anything – the room remained hot, and because of a loud party nearby we couldn’t leave them open overnight. So we basically had two options: not sleep because of the heat, or not sleep because of the noise and the heat. After our stay I requested a refund, but it was refused. The host insisted the AC had been switched on remotely and was working and it's possible that it needs time, but in reality the temperature never dropped. We stayed from about 16:00 to 07:00, and nothing improved during that entire time.

The apartment has a nice place outside on terrace for rest, availability of all facilities.

I had a problem all time with WiFi as it was connected very bad and two last days totally disconnected

A hirdetésben az szerepelt, hogy van klíma- fontos prioritást élvezett volna- de sajnos nem volt. Ventilátor sem. :( De különben nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Köszönöm

Szuper kis lakás hatalmas erkéllyel. Felszereltségileg lehetne picit jobb. Jó helyen van.

There was no parking provided, even though on booking it is written that there is. Also owner asked 50 euros for a ripped blanket that we allegedly ripped even though we left everything at it's place.

The terrace and space is beautiful. The atmosphere is pleasant.

The owner did not want to give me a precise answer regarding the private parking on request, and I asked him several times. And it's my first time in Budapest, so I don't know how parking works. The apartment needs a little more glasses, cups and pans.
