GRI am very sorry that this accommodation is in Booking. We had booked two apartments for one night 1/8/2025. We informed that we would arrive at 9pm and they sent us a message that they were cancelling the booking due to a power outage. We tried to contact them, but they did not answer the phone. So we found ourselves in a foreign country at night without accommodation. Very unprofessional.
PTI can only highlight the location — there's a Lidl just a 3-minute walk away. That’s probably the only advantage.
The host wasn’t particularly welcoming. There was no check-in information provided at all — no explanation of the location, which door to use, or the access code. The room was poorly equipped: no kettle, the air conditioner couldn’t be controlled with the remote, some power outlets didn’t work, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom, and the shower drain was very slow. Overall, unfortunately, this reflects the typical (and rather frustrating) Serbian approach to hospitality.
