"Una atención al cliente de Wywood muy poco eficaz"

La ubicación

Que no tenía calefacción. Lima en Agosto es invierno, lo que significa que de noche hay una temperatura de 10 grados en la calle y por ende menos de 18 grados en el apartamento. Alquilamos el apartamento por 5 días y en ese tiempo la atención al cliente de Wynwood no fue capaz de encontrar una solución tan sencilla como llevarnos unos calefactores. Muy degradable, no conseguimos tener confort térmico en ningún momento de la estancia. No recomiendo ir a estos apartamentos en invierno. Además al no estar calefactado las habitaciones y los armarios olían mucho a humedad.

"Bonito apartamento, fuerte olor a humedad, mal servicio de atención al cliente"

Bonito y espacioso apartamento. Muy buena ubicación

Todo el apartamento olía fuertemente a humedad y moho. Hacía un poco de frío, pero teníamos 2 pequeños calefactores gracias a los cuales no morimos de frío. Lo peor fue que no había secador de pelo en todo el apartamento (y hacía frío para salir con el pelo mojado) y en uno de los dos baños no había papel higiénico. Reclamamos ambas cosas, porque son elementos básicos de cualquier alquiler turístico, nos respondieron que el papel higiénico era un artículo de cortesía ¿En serio??? ¿De cortesía??? ¡¡Es un artículo básico!!!! En los 3 días que estuvimos en el apartamento nunca nos trajeron ni el papel higiénico (que tuvimos que comprar nosotros) ni el secador de pelo. Muy mal servicio al cliente, pese a que siempre contestaban muy educadamente que harían todo lo posible. ¿En serio era tan complicado traernos papel higiénico y un secador de pelo? No volveré a utilizar un apartamento Wynwood. MUY MAL SERVICIO

"We loved the modern apartment with comfortable beds in a safe and pretty Lima neighborhood."

The apartment was beautiful with modern furniture and comfortable beds. We accessed the apartment with a door code. It was very convenient to not have to share a key or worry about that. It was especially nice to have a washer/dryer as we stayed in Lima for a few weeks. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood with excellent restaurants and shops nearby.

We had to supply sponges and dish towels.
