location was good, not too near, not too far from the beach. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Quite spacious, not cramped. Everything nice and clean. bathroom was fine.

the house itself was cold and there was nothing to warm it up. Floors were very cold to walk on in bare feet. Balcony was sunless all day. I'm sure in summer it wouldn't have been a problem but in winter it was chilly.
