AUNew & very clean. Spacious. Comfortable bed. 2 bathrooms. Full size fridge. Shoe rack at the door. Hooks to hang coats.
Very tight parking for a larger car. Staying on a Saturday night.. burnouts, loud cars, yelling on the street & the helicopter was taking off & landing on the top of the hospital.

NZgreat location, we were there to see our son who is studying, it was close to him. Stunning place to stay. Very clean and felt like a home away from home. Lots of space in the appartment, we had our 16 year old daughter with us. Son came over to see us and we loved it that we were not squashed into a motel room and felt that we could chat there instead of going out to a bar. We did go out for dinner and everthing is nice and close. We had a hire car and liked the parking. Everthing that was advertised was just what we got. Thank you for making our stay perfect

NZIt was spacious, clean, and modern with everything we could need. From plunger coffee, every utensil and cooking appliance if you felt inclined to cook a feed, large wardrobes and coat hangers, heated towel rails, homely touches like lovely shower gel, art on the walls and even a guitar if only I could play!
Probably arriving in the dark, I thought the signage was poor, I couldn’t find a sign saying Modern Stop over and the number of property very small but maybe that’s just me.
AUNZVery comfortable, clean and spacious. The owners provided everything to make our stay pleasant and relaxing. Excellent location.
