TaoEtna Guest House, Taormina

It’s beautifully furnished. There are instructions in the rooms on how to use everything. It’s very modern and well equipped. The jacuzzi and terrace is lovely and the location is perfect. I’ve seen from other reviews that people haven’t known that only one room has the access to this. We stayed in the king room, for reference. The hot tub on the roof was so excellent. You can see Etna from the balcony! It is right in the centre of everything. The hosts are contactable at all times and were very attentive.

The WiFi worked well but I’m not sure if it only lets one person at a time or if it just timed out, that was all.

Una pasada para vivir un capricho en pareja. Todo nuevo, super moderno de diseño y muy cuidado. El duplex con jacuzzi es una maravilla. Tiene todo lo necesario, cubiertos, platos, vasos… Además el personal es muy atento, tuvimos unas dudas con el jacuzzi y nos atendieron a las 23:00 de la noche, y nos dejaron hacer el checkin antes.

Para el precio que tiene, el check-out es muy temprano. A las 10:00 tienes que estar fuera, deberían ser más flexibles. Igual que deberían limpiar cada día y no cada 3, como está ahora mismo. En nuestra estancia echamos en falta una limpieza básica al día.

Clean place in a great location in the historic center, with a nice terrace (if you book that type of room).

The stairs are narrow and might be a bit difficult to access for people with suitcases rather than backpacks.

Beautifully finished and fantastic location

Feels brand new, a very comfortable 14 sqm room that is well designed for a couple of travellers. It didn't feel small at all with lots of storage shelves for our bags. Bathroom is just right with walk in shower, back lit mirror, toilet and bidet. Smart TV was available in case you need reprieve from the crowds. Right around the corner from lots of great restaurants and bars. A short walk from historical sites and the cable car.

The stairs from the street and inside are very narrow, we only had backpacks so wasn't a problem for us. The light sensors during the night activates every time we moved, it's not a bright light but if you're a light sleeper can be annoying.

Location was fantastic,very central to everything

Everything was new and clean.
