Central Apartments - Derelict

Fantastic accommodation, everything you need. Loved it.

Not really a negative, but the stairs were a wee bit of a challenge, lol (I fell 🤣). Not anything that the owner can change, fantastic apartment.

Central and comfy. Very clean. And quiet

The apartment was well equipt, there was thought behind what was provided. E.g washing machine and washing powder, coffee machine and coffee pods.

The finish and decoration of the apartment was very... Rough. It didn't impact on the functionality though so we had a good stay and would recommend

Location

Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind. This apartment was in very bad condition. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. It appeared dirty just because of it's condition although it does need a complete overhaul. The fridge was dirty prompting me to wash everything before I used it. It appears that this apartment is used for storage. The area where the washer is is an absolute disgrace The windows were filthy also. There was nowhere in the shower to put toiletries so on the floor they went. The flooring in the bathroom and hall was ill fitted and dirty. I could go on but quite frankly it is not worth what I paid. The only good thing was the communication with Sam. I don't know if she was the owner or manager but she was very helpful, friendly and courteous.

Central location in Blairgowrie - handy for everything. Very clean, nicely decorated (love the Zoolander nods) and great views to the hills from the bedroom.

The host was amazing lovely couldn't do enough for us definitely booking to go back slap bang in the middle of the town
