"A true gem!"

The host, Mary Lou was very sweet. We had alot in common as well. We sat and talked for a few hrs over anything. She was very accommodating and welcoming. We would love to stay again! If I could give this 100 stars I would. The the nostalgia throughout the home as well. Home made cinnamon rolls were part of breakfast that were very yummy! Mattress was soft and comfy for me. Slept very well. Truly a gem. I wish I took pics.

There was nothing I can say the I didn't appreciate or didnt like.

Everyone has their own expectations, but we always enjoy being greeted by and meeting the host, without them seeminingly hiding away somewhere. So we were thrilled when we met Mary sitting on the porch as we drove in. She gave us a quick introduction to the beautiful home, making us feel very comfortable and sending us off to our room. The room was great... the large space, very comfortable bed and great bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed that Mary took time out of her day to spend time telling us more about her journey with this home and the history behind it. Nothing NOT to love here if you enjoy staying at beautiful homes with wonderful hosts! This would be a great place to explore Northern Indiana and the Amish Country from! ... Oh and one more thing ... we had originally intended to stay in Warsaw, Indiana but the initial property I selected (chain hotel) had a decent rate but when I was preparing to complete the booking there was about a $50 tax added on so I decided to check out places on our route into Michigan and I found this property which came in a lot cheaper. I'm so glad we chose Sutton Farm Bed & Breakfast!
