Lusso Apartment with sea view

We hadn’t expected breakfast to be included but got an email the day before saying it was. We ate in the cafe across the road, it was delicious and a lovely touch. The beds were huge and very comfortable, lovely views of the marina. Only a short walk to cafes and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet at night. Nice balcony although we didn’t spend much time there. Bathrooms very spacious, clean and toiletries provided. Although it didn’t affect us as we ate out but the kitchen was small. I think if we had wanted to cook it might have been difficult. Having said that, it had a good sized fridge which came filled with fruit, juices, water and chocolate. There was a selection of teas and coffee, including espresso pods. There was a microwave, kettle and toaster. Overall a beautiful clean apartment, excellent location, very comfortable and superb hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Lusso and his wife were fabulous hosts, very helpful, informative and hospitable. The apartment was very modern and exceptionally clean, with views of the harbour in a great location. A perfect location to explore Split with the old town less than a 10 minute walk.

Walking up so many steps. No elevator.

The location is perfect with great view to the ocean and mega yachts. The host is terrific and very responsive. He gave us some great suggestions to the places to eat and provided some essentials for travelers in the refrigerator. We also love the terrace and the market just downstairs.

It's an absolutely perfect spot to explore split! Very nicely decorated apartment with spacious rooms and comfortable big beds. The decor is lovely and the views from the rooms and terrace were amazing. We had great time here.

It does say kitchenette and that is all there is. No cooking facilities or cooking utensils or bowls. Just a microwave with basic cutlery and crockery. Fine if you are eating out all the time and just want tea/coffee and basic breakfast. A few flights of stairs so not great if you have elderly guests but was fine for us.

We loved everything about Lusso apartment, this is an exceptional apartment, luxurious and contemporary. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and even carried our bags up the stairs and they were heavy. They explained everything regarding the apartment, how everything works and made some great recommendations for restaurants, even made a reservation for us at the restaurant opposite the apartment, food was delicious. The beds were sooo comfortable and huge, slept extremely well. Showers again fantastic, living room comfy with massive tv, Wi-Fi also great. Lovely touch from the hosts to leave fruit and snacks. The balcony is such a bonus, it’s large and gets the sun all day and the view is fantastic overlooking the harbour, we saw some amazing super yachts and at night they are all lit up. Our little group of 3 felt right at home here and we absolutely loved our stay, thank you 😊

Absolutely nothing, couldn’t fault it.

Amazing location and views. Comfortable beds. Lovely showers. Fantastic balcony which was perfect to eat breakfast. Supermarket just outside, handy for croissants etc. Host friendly, great advice and had a range of goodies in fridge to start our holiday. Also booked restaurant for us and got us a discount. Could not be more helpful.

Would have liked a kitchen with hob and oven. Would have liked an allocated parking area but host went out of his way to ensure we had a space to park. Even using his car to keep a spot and move it when we returned.

The host was very accommodating and professional. The best location for all attractions. Shop just outside the front door. Restaurant just over the road.

View was amazing. Bed very comfortable. Fruit and juice and treats in fridge. Help carrying luggage up the stairs.

The apartment is in an imposing historic building located on the quay front overlooking Split harbour. The apartment has recently been completely renovated, to a contemporary theme and retains some original features which add to its character. Our host was very helpful and we had a very comfortable stay over the four nights we were there.

The apartment is on the second floor of the building. Unfortunately, there is no lift which we were unaware of when booking. This could make access difficult for some guests.
