Spacious ground floor suite comfortably sleeps up to eight

Lots of space, big kitchen and bathroom, ideal for a family, host responded to questions quickly.

Was a busy area and block of flats so could hear the outside noise a bit. Obviously not the hosts fault but good for others to know before booking if that is something that bugs you.

They thought of everything. It's a really well laid out flat that feels larger than it appears outside. It has everything we needed and it all looks smart and new. We were there to see Doves, at The Piece Hall so it was a good location for that. It's a bit long for a walk back, post gig so our friend, who we were sharing with, drove us into the town centre. Parking is plentiful. Vijay, the landlord, kept in touch and answered questions quickly, even calling the day before to make sure everything was set. He is very helpful. It's quite close to Shibden Hall.

It was very close to a busy road so it was noisy in the living room but the bedrooms were quiet and we slept well.

This is our second stay at the accommodation which we use when visiting family as we live out of town, and we will be back again. The accommodation is clean, spacious and good value for money. Lovely spacious bathroom with a deep bath and lovely kitchen with a washer as a bonus. The owners are quick to respond about any questions and communication is good. Towels and bedding provided as well as cups, plates, a vacuum cleaner, mop and a clothes airer, washing up liquid etc

Would be handy to have a tin opener in kitchen drawer as we brought some tins we couldn't use but that is very very minor thing and wasn't something that would put us off.

Great position to get into Halifax. Easy 20 minute walk. Hill walk but nothing too difficult unless you struggle walking. Parking is very easy with plenty of quiet side roads to park on. Sandwich shop and off licence literally across the road. Further down towards Halifax there are plenty of takeaways nearby as well as Lidl. We will definitely stay again when we have another trip to Halifax.

There was no what to, how to manual, although we didn't really need one, it would be helpful for other guests staying there. This may simply have been an oversight. They did message details over messages of what was needed to be done though, so no big deal, things were easy to do anyway.

Very welcoming , comfortable and clean, had a great stay, very friendly and looked after me when I had a problem , close to town to walk it, close to bus stop and everything you need . The lady so friendly and amazing , would love to stay here again
