Breakfast location is nice. Breakfast is good esp. the soup. All staff are very courteous, responsive and helpful. Room is very clean.

Suggestion to have variety or choices on the dried fish aside from Abo, like new look, boneless dilis, baby langkoy, etc. which are good dried fish varieties that can only be found in bicol. Please have the abo soaked in water as it was too salty on the 3rd day of our stay. No hair dryer in the room and only 2 hangers are available in the closet

The design of the quadruple room is very artistic. The service is also outstanding.

All the staff were very friendly, and kind to Travellers. Whenever, I needed assistance they were very responsive and professional.
