Very nice and large and authentic apartment: large room, very large terrace, ... Very nice view from the apartment (from the living room, from the bedroom, from the large terrace) on the environment, the hills, sunset, ... Not that far from Firenze by car. So very well located in that sense. Carlo and his wife are very friendly and helpful: we asked to have 1 or 2 sunbeds on our terrace. Carlo and his wife immediately brought and installed two new sunbeds. Washing machine. Milk and water present in refrigerator on our arrival.

Some tips: Although the apartment is really beautiful and large in itself it needs some renovation to restore it's full glory again. Although the apartment is clean it's not "hotel" clean. Compare it to staying at friends: it will be certainly clean enough, but you can expect for example to find a dust web on the ceiling. But the price, location, space, and views and friendliness of the hosts makes up for these small downsides.
